Sharada eye care is established with the aim of providing super speciality eye care services at affordable cost, with short waiting period. Our motto is ‘Clear vision.. Better life’. It was formally inaugurated and started functioning at Plot No. 101, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad on 24-03-2013.

The hospital consists of

• Well equipped outpatient department. There is a spacious waiting area, two consultation rooms for two specialist consultants. There is a laser room containing equipment and facility for retinal, glaucoma and Capsulotomy lasers. An investigation room boasts of modern investigative equipment such as pachymeter, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Fundus Camera, A- scan biometry, NIDEK refractometer and Lensometer.

• Day Care Room: In order to cater to the needs of Pre operative and post operative patients, there is a day care room with provision for 20 beds. There is also a waiting area for attenders of patients.

• Operation theatre: There is a well equipped operation theatre with state of art technology. The latest instruments in eye care such as Phaco machine, Zeiss operating microscope are available for the benefit of the patients.

• Opticals: The Optical show room attached to the hospital caters to both our patients and those requiring assistance from outside.

A range of intra-ocular lenses is used in cataract surgery including specialised implants for multi-focal vision and astigmatism correction for select patients.
